The tenant is obliged to use the cottage and all contents in a careful manner applicable to the item's purpose.  The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by the tenant and/or the tenants guests.  The tenant is personally responsible for loss or damages to themselves or their own belongings during the rental period.  The tenant is responsible for cleaning the cottage upon departure, household chores such as dishes, sweeping, garbage removal and yard clean-up.
